Rental Charges For Exhibition Stalls

Dear Exhibitor, We want to bring to your attention the rental charges for our stalls over 3 days. The rates for Shell Space are 6000/- per SQM with a minimum requirement of 9 SQM, while Raw Space is available at 5500/- SQM with a minimum requirement of 18 SQM.

Shell Space : 6000/- -per SQM

Raw Space : 5500/- per SQM

  • In addition, the facilities offered for each stall include:
  • 1) Information counter - 1 unit.
  • 2) Sitting Chairs - 2 No's.
  • 3) Stall Lighting
  • 4) 5 amps power outlet - 1 unit.
  • 5) Small water bottles per Day - 12 No's.
  • 6) Food Coupons per Day - 2 No's.
  • 7) Stationary kit
  • 8) ID cards - 4 No's.

  • NOTE : Hall Will Handover at 8:30 PM of Before Event Day for Customized Stalls

Payment Schedule and Terms

  • 50% Advance should be paid at the time of stall booking.
  • The balance amount should be paid one day before prior to check in.
